Welcome to Vioni. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vioni website and AI video generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. One person may not operate multiple accounts to abuse free credits.

2. Credits and generation

The Service uses a credit system. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Generating a video consumes credits based on the selected model and settings. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. If a generation fails, the credits used are refunded.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Monthly credits reset at each renewal (unused credits do not roll over).
• You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates others' rights;
• Depicts real individuals without consent, or is deceptive;
• Contains sexual content involving minors, or other prohibited material;
• Infringes intellectual property or impersonates others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content and ownership

You are responsible for the prompts you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the videos you generate and may use them, including for commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rights of any third parties.

6. Third-party AI models

The Service relies on third-party AI models. Their outputs may be unpredictable, and we do not guarantee that any generated video will match your prompt or be free of errors. Availability of specific models may change.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vioni is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
